DMCA Statement
At Sitehunt, we respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we have established the following procedures for submitting claims of copyright infringement.
Notice and Takedown Procedure
Sitehunt operates on a “notice and takedown” basis, strictly adhering to the DMCA processes for responding to claims of copyright infringement. We do not proactively review user-generated content. If you believe that your copyrighted work has been infringed upon through our platform, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice to our designated Copyright Agent.
Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
To file a DMCA takedown notice, please provide the following information in writing:
- A physical or electronic signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest.
- A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed.
- A description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on the site.
- Your address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner’s behalf.

Counter-Notification Procedure
If you believe that your content was removed in error or that your content does not infringe upon copyright, you may submit a DMCA counter-notification. To file a counter-notification, please provide the following information in writing:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Sitehunt may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.

Response to Notifications
Upon receiving a valid DMCA takedown notice, Sitehunt will promptly remove the reported content and notify the user who posted it. Users who submit a valid DMCA counter-notification will have their content reinstated unless the original claimant files a court action against the user within 14 business days of receiving the counter-notification.
